Vivek Srivastava
Building and scaling ventures across AI, blockchain, and enterprise growth — leading through execution, structure, and measurable outcomes.
Serial entrepreneur and growth leader with two decades of experience building, scaling, and exiting ventures across AI, influencer marketing, blockchain, and enterprise IT. Currently COO of PlatterHub.ai, General Partner at D26 Ventures, and Director at ProInfo Technologies.
Five chapters, one operating philosophy
A founder’s story, told the way it actually happened — from engineering school to the boardroom.
Origin & Foundations
Vivek Srivastava trained as an engineer at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College (AKGEC) in Ghaziabad — an institution he would later return to as a builder rather than a student. His first exposure to venture-building came as a Founding Member of a college-era software incubator between 2007 and 2009, followed by a summer internship at NTPC Limited.
The decade that followed was spent in operating roles inside established Indian industrial and consumer businesses — business development at Sanarti Incorporated, senior execution at Crompton Greaves, and sales and P&L leadership as Manager at Bajaj Electricals. Nearly ten years learning distribution, strategic planning, and operational discipline before stepping into blockchain and founder-operator work.
Building at Scale
In 2019, Vivek joined DLT Labs, serving concurrently as AVP (Corporate & Finance) and as Director & Board Member through 2023 — helping scale blockchain solutions across multiple geographies. That grounding in emerging technology set up the next chapter of his career.
Since 2023, he has operated three ventures in parallel: as COO of PlatterHub.ai, he has scaled operations from India into North America, built a cross-border ESOP framework to attract senior talent, and driven 2x ROI benchmarks for brand partners through AI-and-influencer-driven campaigns. As General Partner at D26 Ventures, he evaluates and mentors early-stage AI, blockchain, and enterprise SaaS founders across India and Canada. And as Director at ProInfo Technologies, he has led an international expansion into the Middle East and North America, closing more than ₹30 crore in enterprise deals.
Operations & Leadership Philosophy
A leader does not push the team from behind — they pull the team from the front. Leadership is earned through action, not position. Clear communication matters, but execution is what ultimately defines credibility: articulate leaders can inspire a room and still fail to deliver. A strategy has no value until it survives implementation.
“Well done is better than well said.”
— Benjamin Franklin, the line Vivek measures his own leadership againstThe real test of leadership is the ability to convert ideas into measurable outcomes while maintaining efficiency and uncompromising ethical standards — results over rhetoric, discipline of execution over quality of the plan.
Fintech, Blockchain & Regulatory Grounding
Vivek holds a Certified in Blockchain and Digital Assets (CBDA) credential from the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals, a Certified Blockchain Expert (V2) credential from the Blockchain Council, and a data protection certification from TÜV SÜD. His operating experience spans blockchain deployment at DLT Labs, blockchain and cloud infrastructure delivery at ProInfo Technologies, and the evaluation of blockchain and AI startups as General Partner at D26 Ventures.
That throughline — building technology within a compliance-aware frame — is reinforced by a six-month certificate course in Corporate Law from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, and a course in Operations Management from IIM Bangalore.
The Hybrid Athlete
Outside the business, Vivek runs. In August 2026 he completed the Tuffman Half Marathon in Delhi — part of a personal discipline he treats as inseparable from how he operates: pacing, patience, and the willingness to keep going once the plan meets the road. More in the Fitness section below.

Partnerships & Speaking
Selected moments giving back to the institutions and communities that shaped the work.
Signed an MOU with alma mater Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College to establish a Blockchain Lab on campus, giving students hands-on exposure to live blockchain projects.
Returned to his alma mater to address founders and students at the Startup Conclave 2021, later recognized on stage for the contribution.
Panelist on “Cutting Edge Technologies Re-shaping the Phygital Workspace,” hosted by the KIIT School of Electronics Engineering.
Long-form thinking, in progress
Essays on the themes that shape the operating work — blockchain and digital infrastructure, regulatory-first execution, and what it actually takes to run disciplined operations at scale.
Discipline doesn’t clock out
Endurance running as a mirror of the operating philosophy — pacing, patience, and the discipline to finish what a plan started.
For Vivek, race day isn’t separate from the work week — it runs on the same principle: a plan is worth nothing until it survives contact with the actual distance. The same patience that carries a half marathon’s final kilometers is the patience that carries a business through its hardest quarter.
